Quotation Validity

This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change until bookings are confirmed with payment.

Payment & Deposits

A first installment is required to secure flights, accommodation, and tours.
Without deposit, rates cannot be guaranteed.

Revisions

The package includes up to 2 complimentary revisions. Additional major changes (e.g., new hotel searches, changes of travel dates, or destination swaps) will attract a $50 service fee per revision.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Only the items clearly listed under What’s Included are covered. Meals, city taxes, tips, shopping, personal expenses, and travel insurance are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once flights and hotels are booked. Cancellation charges are subject to airline, hotel, and activity provider policies.

Itinerary Release

A detailed day-by-day itinerary will be shared after the first installment payment has been received
